Built on Expertise, Shaped by Practical Hands-on Parenting
Professional Foundation
For over 12 years, Diana Kelly led a multidisciplinary team* working to help school staff understand, and more effectively respond to, the emotional needs driving children's sometimes confusing or challenging behaviour.
The school based emotional development programs were transformative for staff and children - positively impacting approximately 750,000 children every year. Teachers felt empowered, classrooms became calmer, and children felt understood, safe, and ready to learn.
* psychologists, therapists, medical practitioners, social workers, and educators.
Personal Insight
Diana is a parent too. Raising four children whilst managing a demanding career wasn't always easy - especially as they moved into adolescence and their teenage years.
"I wish I'd known more about emotional development when my children were small - and later during adolescence" Diana reflects.
"The insights I gained whilst working with psychologists and child development specialists are invaluable. So many simple things that can make a big difference, especially whilst juggling work and home life and feeling pulled in every direction."
That's why Diana created KinWise, to boost parents confidence with practical, science-based insights for everyday use.
